User Agreement
CS Trade Software is an online resource (hereinafter referred to as “CTS”) that provides software for use on the following platforms: Steam, CsMoney, CsFloat. By logging in to the website, you agree to the terms and conditions of the website.
The administration of CTS grants you access to use CTS and its products under the conditions outlined in these rules. If you do not agree with any of the local rules, you are prohibited from using the products and accessing this website.

2. REGISTRATION
2.1. To use the services provided by the owner of CTS under this agreement, the user must complete the mandatory registration procedure on the website at https://cstradesoftware.com/. User registration on the website is free and voluntary.
2.2. During registration, the user must provide the CTS owner with the necessary, accurate, and up-to-date information to create a profile, including a unique login (email address) and password for access to CTS. The CTS registration form may request additional information from the user.
2.3. To start using the website, the user must enter their account information in the appropriate section of CTS.
2.4. The user is prohibited from sharing their account details with third parties and is fully responsible for their security, independently choosing how to store them.
3. OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS USE

The administration may suspend, restrict, or terminate the user’s access to all or any sections or functionality of CTS at any time for any reason or without explanation, with or without prior notice. The administration also reserves the right to delete the user’s account and/or suspend, restrict, or terminate the user’s access to any functionality of CTS if it determines that, in its opinion, the user poses a threat to CTS and/or its users. These measures will be implemented in accordance with applicable law, and the CTS administration is not liable for any potential negative consequences of such actions for the user or third parties.
3.3. The CTS administration ensures the operation and functionality of CTS and commits to promptly restoring functionality in case of technical failures or interruptions. The administration is not liable for temporary disruptions and interruptions in the operation of CTS and the resulting loss of information. The administration is also not liable for any damage to the user’s or any other person’s computer, mobile device, or any other equipment or software caused by or related to downloading materials from CTS or via links provided on the website.
3.4. The CTS administration has the right to use statistical data related to the operation of CTS, as well as user information, to provide targeted advertising to various CTS user audiences. For the purposes of ensuring the functioning and technical support of CTS and enforcing these rules, the CTS administration has the technical ability to access users’ accounts, which will be used only in the cases specified by these rules.
3.5. The CTS administration has the right to send users information regarding the development of CTS and its functionality, as well as to advertise its own activities.
3.6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF CTS ADMINISTRATION.
3.6.1. CTS and its functionality, including all scripts, applications, content, and design, are provided “as is.” The administration disclaims any warranties that the website or its functionality will meet specific purposes of use. The administration cannot guarantee or promise any specific results from using CTS and/or its functionality.
3.6.2. To avoid misunderstandings, users should take precautions when downloading from CTS or through the links provided, and when using any files, including software. The CTS administration strongly recommends using only licensed software, including antivirus programs.
3.6.3. By using the website, the user agrees that any materials downloaded from CTS or through it are at the user’s own risk, and the user is solely responsible for any consequences of using such materials, including any damage caused to the user’s computer or third parties, loss of data, or any other harm.

Under no circumstances shall the CTS administration or its representatives be liable to the user or any third parties for any indirect, incidental, unintended damage, including lost profits or lost data, damage to honor, dignity, or business reputation, arising from the use of CTS, its content, or other materials accessed via CTS, even if the CTS administration warned or indicated the possibility of such damage.
3.6.5. The CTS administration is not responsible for any issues related to the operation of the service. The CTS administration reserves the right to limit the user’s access to the product’s functionality, in whole or in part, if the service rules have been violated.
4. SUBSCRIPTION
4.1. A subscription is valid for the paid period. Upon expiration, the user must manually renew the subscription or allow it to renew automatically if the user has given consent.
4.2. Users found abusing third-party payment services to obtain free services will be immediately and permanently banned.

4.4. Users caught selling subscriptions, hacking, or altering software behavior will be immediately and permanently banned.
4.5. Subscriptions can be terminated by CTS at any time without notice and without any financial or other liability.
5. ONLINE GAMES
5.1. CTS is not responsible for your online game accounts as a result of using this website, any software, or data contained within it. You, the user, are solely responsible for your actions in online games and are accountable for any losses related to your online game accounts, whether financial or otherwise.
6. REFUNDS
6.1. Refunds are not available for balance top-ups made via the payment system https://yookassa.ru/.
6.2. If after payment the funds have not been credited to the balance, the user may contact technical support for a refund or request that the full amount be credited to the website balance.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. These rules constitute an agreement between the user and the CTS administration regarding the use of CTS and its functionality, replacing all prior agreements between the user and the administration.
7.2. In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to the enforcement of these rules, the user and the CTS administration will make every effort to resolve them through negotiations.
7.3. These rules become effective for the user from the moment they agree to them and remain in force indefinitely.
7.4. If for any reason one or more provisions of these rules are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions.
